What is the Refund Policy?
Returns are accepted at the time of delivery only. If you are not satisfied with the product or choose to reject the order for any valid reason, you can return it immediately to the delivery agent.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 6–7 working days from the date of return confirmation.
Reasons for Returned Items
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective product at the time of delivery
Expired or nearly expired product (for applicable categories)
Product differs significantly from its description or image
Quantity mismatch (e.g., fewer items than ordered)
Item received is not as per the selected variant (size, color, etc.)
Note: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as “changed mind” after accepting the delivery, opened packaging (except in case of damage/defect), or delay caused by logistics after shipment.
How long does it take for refund?
Refunds are processed within 6–7 working days from the date we receive the returned item and verify its condition. You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is initiated.
How will you get your money back?
Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment, such as:
Online Payments: Refund will be credited back to the same card, UPI ID, or bank account used during checkout.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued in cash at the time of return or via bank transfer (based on customer preference and return type).
